Your audience isn’t looking for options.
They’re looking for certainty.
The fastest way to get more business is to:
- Clearly name one core problem
- Identify it and talk about why it’s a problem for your client
- Show that you understand it better than they do
When your client can see you understand their problem, this builds trust and that trust converts them into paying customers.

If someone landed on your profile or website today, could they immediately answer:
“Is this for me?”
If not, you need to delve into what it is they are looking for.
#2 build trust
Your audience is watching long before they’re buying.
If your content only:
- Promotes
- Sells
- Announces offers
You’re skipping the most important step: pre-selling with trust.
TRUST COMES FROM:
- Educating your audience, but not in a condescending way, instead focus on giving them value.
- Talk about how they struggle.
- Talk about how you can change how they see the problem.
- Share how you can change their mind using insights of your own business.
When people trust your thinking, they buy your offers.
